I was introduced to this portable resistance spinner gym as seen on TV when I was at a Tony Robbins event.
I actually got to meet the woman behind the Spin Gym, Forbes Riley! She's definitely a spitfire in person.
Before I knew it, she had pulled this little gadget out and had me getting in some upper body resistance moves.
It was definitely powerful!
If you sit at a desk for long hours, pick up one of these and keep it handy - maybe in a desk drawer. Then take frequent breaks and do a few moves. You'll be surprised at how much fitness you can fit in!
